Return Policy

General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items, sold and fulfilled by ProVision Security Solutions, Inc., within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. ProVision will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item).

Product-Specific Return Policies
Some items (such as POS items and TV mounts) have special return policies. We will hold items on consignment until the units are sold. Once we receive payment for the items, we will then provide a refund for the purchase amount.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)
ProVision Security Solutions, Inc. will only accept returned merchandise with an RMA number attached to it. If ProVision does receive material back without an RMA, we will make an attempt to contact the sender. Otherwise, the product will be held for 30 days, at which point the product will be released.

You will receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for us to process the payment and send it to you via United States Postal Service (5 to 10 business days). We will contact you via e-mail with an update regarding your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
